These licensing deals generate income for you from the use of your songs which we will administrate for you.

Administration & Licensing - 56 Red Music Publishing's administration services includes completing copyright registrations at the U.S. Library of Congress and performing rights societies, issuing mechanical and synchronization licenses, collecting domestic and foreign royalties, and generating artist and songwriter royalty statements.

We are not just dedicated to protecting the rights of our songwriters and assisting their career development, but we also represent other publishers and record companies. Fees - As a traditional music publisher, our services are provided to songwriters (or copyright holders) with which we have executed a standard "songwriter's music publishing agreement." We are compensated from the industry standard publisher-songwriter split of income generated from the use(s) of the songs. Simply, we only get paid when you get paid for the use of your songs. There are no up-front fees. Also unlike some other companies, we do not charge any fees for you to submit your material.
